usewatchword.com is an informational site for Watchword Labs, LLC (“Watchword”). You are welcome to browse it, request a free Dark Reach Check, or write to us. Use of the Watchword service itself is covered by the agreement each customer signs with us, not by this page.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Watchword flags creator videos that may need a closer look. A flag is information for a brand’s team to review. It is not a determination that any video does or does not comply with any law, regulation, or platform rule, and the figures on this site describe what we observed in an early sample, not what you will find in your program.

Plans and fair use

Watchword plans are priced per brand. A plan covers one brand name and that brand’s own products on TikTok Shop. Each plan includes a set number of new creator videos reviewed each month. When that number is reached, reviews pause until more videos are added or the next month begins. Unused videos do not carry over. A plan may not be shared across brands, resold, or accessed by automated or bulk means other than those Watchword provides. If the order form you sign with us differs from this page, the order form governs.

The content of this site, the Watchword name and mark, and the Dark Reach name and framework belong to Watchword Labs, LLC. You may quote this site with attribution. Please don’t reuse its content, name, or framework as your own.

This site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we make no promises that it will be, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on it.
