What we collect on this site

If you request a free Dark Reach Check or write to us, we receive what you share: your work email, brand name, role, and anything you put in an email. That’s it.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. It also uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, to count visits. We don’t run advertising scripts, and we don’t sell your information.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and, if you become a customer, to set up and run your review. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Where it lives

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to our email. Netlify acts as our service provider and maintains its own privacy and security commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details only as long as we’re actively talking with you or working together. If a conversation goes quiet, we delete stored form submissions within twelve months.

Your choices

Want to know what we have, or want it deleted? Email hello@usewatchword.com and we’ll take care of it promptly.
